Below is a selection of comments emailed to us from our clients this Season. We’ve limited this selection to one General comment about our administration and one comment about each of the Instructors. Obviously, we’ve chosen our favourites. We’re very pleased to say that we don’t have any bad ones at all (so far!). In addition, and separate from the emails we've received, below those comments is a copy of the feedback form we give our clients and a percentage score for each of the items listed on the form.

Just a big thank you from all of us for making our first ever week skiing the best . We thought it was great that you kept us all together even when the age range was 5-65 and abilities did differ slightly!!
We had so much fun and laughed so much, we ache in places we never knew existed but feel proud that we all did so well thanks to your patience and fantastic instruction.
We hope to do it all again soon - even David isnt put off by his little set too with the Chair Lift!!!

I just wanted to drop you a note to say what a fantastic holiday we’ve just had. Without exaggeration, it was the best family holiday I think we’ve ever had, and Leon played a huge part in that. Whilst scoring him 6 out of 5 might seem we were having a laugh after a few beers, that’s not the case; to confirm, here I am, stone cold sober (and missing the slopes!!!) saying it again. He coped admirably with everything that was thrown at him, including a variable group of quite mixed ability, and still managed to bring out the best in everyone - we’re already thinking about next year’s skiing trip to Bulgaria!
Leon really is a great asset to your organisation, and you should be extremely satisfied with public face he presents for your company.

Just wanted to say many thanks for a truly excellent week and to let you know that I think you provided the best ski instruction (ability, learning, amusement, education and après ski!) that I have come across. As you might remember, I’ve been skiing all over the place and for many years, and you gave me as much as you gave the first timers in my Private group of friends. All 12 of us came way very happy and my expectations of Bulgaria were completely surpassed. Hope to see you next season.

Feedback Forms – the first 100 of this season have now been collated and consolidated. We’ve worked out the average scores across all the forms and we’re delighted with the results. These averages have been given as a percentage of the possible maximum achievable and are listed in the third column of the form (this third column is of course not on the form we ask clients to complete). Please note that of the 100, only 71 compared us to other depots or instructors. They were either first timers or too shy!

Child Minding
Season 2009/2010 Evelyn and Jessica ran the crèche in Borovets for Inghams Tour Operators. A very busy and enjoyable time for them! So client feedback for the season belongs to Inghams. In the 2008/2009 season Evelyn and Jessica undertook private child care, and their feedback was not statistically significant (less than 20 clients each and they scored 100% on everything!). So we’ve just added the “single comment” chosen by them as their favourite, as follows:

So had a truly great time as a family. Apart from the skiing as already mentioned, Simon and Abbey returned to us from Evelyn each day well fed, well looked after and very happy – if sometimes just a little tired, which was a good thing! And I do think that Simon actually learned more during the week with Evelyn than at any time with his own day nursery, as well as having a wonderful time. We felt that our children were safe and in excellent hands, and will have not the slightest hesitation in recommending Evelyn as a childminder to anyone who needs that service. So many thanks!

What a wonderful Nanny! We left our daughter each day knowing she was in safe hands and would have a lovely time on a holiday of her own. Every day she brought us back something she had done or made, and she was very proud of her achievements. There were a few tears when it was time to say goodbye to Jessica at the end of the holiday. Will definitely ask for Jessica next year. Good luck with everything.
