All of our Instructors are qualified with the BASI School of training (British Association of Snowsports Instructors) and so if you have been to a dry slope or a snowdome in the U.K, or have ever had an English instructor elsewhere, then you'll be able to continue with the same methods of learning straight from where you left off. Or we can work with you in the Bulgarian style! Our instructors also have qualifications in the areas of Child and Vulnerable Adult Care and Sports First Aid. And all have undergone extended Criminal Records Disclosure vetting.

Evelyn is responsible for confirming your bookings for Lessons and Equipment and for ongoing liaison and customer care, and is also a qualified Nanny and Child Carer.
Emma can help you with Accommodation, Airport Transfers and Resort Transfers, as well as local Excursions, SkiDoo (snowmobile) hire, ATV (quad bike) hire and Horse Riding.
Jessica will be looking after logistics and supervising. She is also a qualified Nanny and Child Carer.
Adam looks after the Ski Depot and quality control.
